Membership Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Cooling-Off Period

   • New members are entitled to a full refund if they cancel their membership within 7 days of signing up. This applies to both monthly and annual memberships.
   • To request a refund within this period, please contact our front desk or email us at fitnessworldgym2003@gmail.com.

2. Refunds After the Cooling-Off Period

   • After the 7-day period, memberships are non-refundable except under specific circumstances (see below).
   • Refunds will not be issued for unused membership periods or unused sessions.

3. Special Circumstances

   • In cases of medical conditions or relocation that prevent continued membership, we may offer a partial refund or freeze your membership.
   • Supporting documentation may be required, such as a doctor’s note or proof of relocation.
   • Please contact our member services team to discuss your situation.

Personal Training & Classes Refund Policy

1. Personal Training Sessions

   • Cancellations for personal training sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.
   • If you are unable to attend a session and provide appropriate notice, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
   • No refunds will be provided for unused or expired personal training packages.

2. Group Fitness Classes

   • Class packages and drop-in sessions are non-refundable once purchased.
   • If a class is canceled by Fit World Gym, we will offer you the option to reschedule or provide a credit for a future class.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.
• Membership and service refunds may take longer depending on the nature of the refund request.
